I worked at MegaPrintPack, a paper bag manufacturing company, for nearly
one year. My daily tasks included entering machine production reports into
the computer system and conducting field tours to speak with operators about ongoing processes. When issues were identified, I applied problem-solving techniques such as Kaizen, A3, and 5s I held daily job acceptance meetings to review work orders and verify raw material availability in the system. If stock was insufficient, I informed the sales department via email; if materials were available, I ensured the order was forwarded to production. I also took initiative in applying technological improvements to enhance production efficiency and minimize downtime.

My responsibilities included extracting daily production reports from SAP, organizing them in Excel, and emailing them to the production manager. I conducted daily field inspections to identify potential machine issues in collaboration with operators. For major problems,I proactively worked on solutions before production was interrupted, using improvement methods such as Kaizen, A3, 5 Whys, and Kanban. In this tech driven environment, I actively participated in discussions with both operators
and team members to enhance and modernize company processes. I also
carried out preventive maintenance and machine performance checks to avoid any production downtime.

I worked in the product development department at SML for approximately 5 years. My main responsibility was to technically evaluate the artwork files sent by customers. Based on the design, I determined the type of raw material to be used, its weight (gsm), color structure, and the appropriate machinery for production, and planned the process accordingly.
If a sample was required, we quickly produced it and submitted it to the
customer for approval. Once approved, or if the project was directly scheduled for production, I created the production orders and followed up on the entire Page 2 of 5 process. The raw materials used varied depending on the project and typically\u0130ncluded woven, printed, or label materials. I carried out technical compatibility analyses specific to each project.
During production, I maintained constant communication with the technical
team, quality control, and planning departments. Additionally, I worked on
projects involving internationally renowned brands. In cases of technical
issues, I directly communicated with overseas teams and held solution
oriented meetings. In these meetings, I used English technical terminology to clearly convey production details and possible alternatives.
My technical knowledge included label structures, printing methods,
yarn weights, transfer techniques, laser cutting details, and production
machinery such as printing machines, cutting machines, and winding systems.Throughout these processes, technical accuracy and on-time delivery were my top priorities.
My role at SML provided me with strong experience in pre-production planning, in-process control, and customer communication. I actively contributed to all projects through my technical expertise, solution-focused approach, and time management skills.
